Skills Training

We recognise People are at the heart of Health and Safety. For over 30 years D Morgan has used a formal training programme assessing each employee’s personal development requirements. We deliver the correct level of personal support to the individual whether it is on the job training, mentoring or use of professional courses.

This personal support and investment in skills training and career development is reflected in many people achieving 25 years Long Service Awards.

Each person is trained to the required Health & Safety standards, including:

  • NVQ  to Level 6
  • Street Works Act
  • Confined Space Training
  • Any other as required
