We adopt a transparent approach to the performance appraisal process before commencement, during and following completion of projects, welcoming client feedback.

Our approach requires forward planning, exploring project objectives,that can be measured and managed throughout.

During the project, regular progress meetings develop confidence in our ability to deliver to programme. Open and honest dialogue is encouraged at all times.

Upon completion of the project we issue a Project Performance Assessment form for clients to provide feedback, which are discussed at management meetings and any actions to enhance quality and service delivery are agreed.
