Mental Health Awareness Week
Mental Health Awareness Week is underway from the 13th to 19th May and theme is ‘Community’, and it celebrates the power and importance of community, aiming to raise awareness and drive positive change for everyone’s mental health. People and workplaces thrive when there are strong connections between teams.
At D Morgan, our focus is on the creation of a positive, happy work environment sharing life’s experiences, learning from each other, this creates positive Emotional Health which is emotionally rewarding. We do this through TEAMWORK.
Emotional Health and Mental Health & Wellbeing support is embedded in our business and signposted on all of our equipment: We understand the issues and support our People in a way that is very clear and practical.
Our Emotional Health & Wellbeing Policy and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) helps colleagues in need to express how they are feeling and talk about their Mental Health & Wellbeing with structured assistance from our team of trained First Responders and Mental Health First Aiders.
Let’s all remove the stigma about Mental Health - It’s GOOD to express emotions BY TALKING - Don’t be isolated feeling alone.
